About the Author
Margaret Lantry, MA MA(Lib), is a native of Cork city, Ireland. She is a freelance information professional who conducts research in Ireland and the UK and has extensive computing skills (margaretlantry.ie). In her historical publications, Margaret uses her research skills learned at library school and postgraduate studies and applies her strong IT knowledge to digital publishing. She is particularly interested in 18th century and pre-Famine socio-economic and cultural Cork history.
