Well this book is all about practicality. You listen to Erin and do her no-nonsense Yogi Yoda tricks and you'll soon be waving HEEEEY at your crush with your foot high over your head. Never knew my calves could feel so good, and this whole thing came out in the gutter, but that's how the ball rolls sometimes.
