This was a wonderful, fantastic, genuine read. I absolutely loved it. It was just something special. There comes a time where a book actually means something. This one did. This was a bit of a difficult read yet so worth it. These authors worked really well together. I throughly enjoyed this. It was highly entertaining. It was one where you steal a few minutes at work, when you should be working. Or rushing home just so you could finish it.
I'd absolutely 100% recommend this book.
Ian and London had a connection that lasted a lifetime. They went from love to hate and then back to love. The kids in this book are awesome with their quick wit and smart mouths. They certainly kept it interesting. I loved every page in this book. I'm so happy to know these two authors will be teaming up to write another book together .
London had loved Ian since she was a teenager. They go to prom and spend the night together. Things were said and promised. Those promises were broken. Ian thought he was doing the right thing for London but left her broken hearted.
Eighteen years later a tragedy happens and Ian and London come together despite their differences. Their chemistry is through the roof. London is witty and you'll love her right away. Ian you might want to punch him a few times or throw your kindle at a wall but you'll love him as well and swoon. This was one of my top reads this year.

However, the situation between independent heroine London and play-boy Ian changes drastically on the sudden death of Ian sister and her husband in a plane crash. And when the family's will is read Ian to his surprise, is given sole custody of three children but as godparents Ian and London are forced to communicate and work together to raise the children. They both have to make compromises and changes to their individual routine and lifestyle.
As a reader I was kept continually enthralled, anxious and on my toes as to how both Ian and London would cope or share this new responsibility. Ian has to swallow his pride and ask London for help on many occasions and their love for each other flourish despite their doubts and numerous setbacks.
How this second chance story ends is influenced by the wise intervention of the children and I recommend that you read it to find out what the adorable ending is.
Highly recommend that you read this book.
