They legit send replacements for faulty key rings.
EDIT: So, when I originally made the review I was disappointed that one of my key rings popped out. They reached out to me a few days later to offer a replacement set. The message system was a little complicated, but they did respond in a timely manner. They had asked for my phone number for the mail carrier to contact me, which surprised me. I chose to decline it, which is an option if you don't want to give it away. They sent the replacement key rings plus a whole new different style set as compensation. I appreciate the effort they took to fix the situation.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I bought this set for the 2 rose gold key rings. First of all, it's very strong adhesive, so getting the air bubbles out once it's set is almost impossible. Start from one side to the other SLOWLY, taking care to get rid of bubbles as you push down, otherwise you'll end up with bubbles like me.Any way, one worked fine without any problems, but the second one came apart easily. However, I was able to fix it. Apparently, the adhesive that connects the holder to the phone prevented the actual key ring from turning, thus making it pop out of the plastic hole it is supposed to be in. I had to scoop out the adhesive in the hole with a toothpick (the black stuff in the photos) and was then able to pop the ring back into the plastic. It was hard to put it back - had to use pliers. And I am extra careful to turn it so it doesn't pop out again. Yes, it has popped out since this, but only if I twist it too quickly.I don't know the condition of the silver key rings or black one yet, but so far both rose gold key rings are hard to turn and I was disappointed that I had to fix one upon receiving. Also the bubbles stuck in the adhesive bothers me, but this can be avoidable if you're more careful than I am. However, they are nice metallic colors and the adhesive is strong.

These ring holders are great. They are easy to put on. The adhesive is very strong, almost too strong. I would not recommend putting them directly on the phone as I would be afraid I wouldn't be able to get it back off. The clear back and adhesive are great as they don't ruin the look of my case (as shown in pictures). They are easy to hold and are sturdy enough to use as a kickstand for the phone.
I actually bought 2 packs of these rings. I wanted a ring for each of my different cases, as well as to share with my family. The 1st pack came with 3 rose gold, 2 silver and 0 black rings. I was okay with this as the black was my least favorite. The second pack came with 2 rose gold, 2 silver and 1 black rings. My 1st package was damaged in shipping (they rings were not), so, that may explain the difference.
I knocked off a star because the coating on the rose gold rings is starting to wear off after only having them for about 2 months. If you look very closely you can see this in the photos. I am not particularly bothered by this as it is hardly noticeable and they were very inexpensive, so they will be easy to replace.
Overall, I am very pleased with these and think they hold up well against mid-priced versions of the same thing.

Great value buy from "insurance" point of view.Purchased Huawei Honor View10 for my daughter this summer as her freshman's gift. In one month, she broke the phone screen (see the attached photo). Should have got this phone ring earlier for her to hold phone securely. Luckily, I did purchase a property insurance policy designed for college kids to cover accidents like this.

I install the phone ring to my own cell phone. It's easy to apply. Very easy to find working angle as the ring can be adjusted 360 degrees freely. Once you find a comfortable setting, the ring stays put on in that setting...won't move around to lose the setting (see the attached photo).
I feel more comfortable and safe when holding my cellphone with the ring. The 3M sticky pad is very firm. Instead of worrying about if the ring would detach from the phone, I worry more about how to remove the ring from my phone if I later decide to do that...though I see no reason to do that yet.
Other reviewers post complaints about ring. I suspect that's more a production quality control issues. I could be lucky as the the rings I received are just solid good.
The package comes with 5 phone rings with 3 different colors. With this price, I think it's a great value buy from "insurance" point of view.
