Professional style baking tips!

I picked up baking as a hobby recently and wanted to make a variety of baked goodies for a friend's birthday. That is when I bought this book, and it has done wonders for me! My favourites are the Butter Christmas Cookies and the Gingerbread Muffins. The instructions are so easy to follow, that you'll end up making cookies like a professional baker! I tried the Candy Cane too, with red and green food colouring. It turned out great! The book gives the best directions to pick out the most useful cookie equipment too. I highly recommend this book!
