I bought this because I want to start making bread. And making pizza doughs. So far I tried making bread I didn't read the instructions and put all the ingredients in first and then hit bake. Read the instructions because you need to go to the certain settings and it will mix it all ahead of time for you. So we did also use it for making pizza dough. We put all the ingredients in and it mixed well but it took forever to get done. But you can stop it when you think it is perfect for you. It also made the dough so much airier than making it by hand and so much faster. I am definitely going to be keep using this to make dough and I'm going to learn how to make the bread the right way and it's going to be awesome. Definitely would recommend us if you want to make your own bread at home it's definitely worth it.
