This is the biggest piece of non working trash I have ever purchased, and will be returning. The app is not user friendly. The tracker just starts beeping for no reason at all, all day long! My dogs and I are all in the same room and have been all day and their tags just start beeping because they keep disconnecting. They are mad, I am mad, these things are absolute crap. I would rather go out looking for them if them got out of the fence than have to keep listening to this beeping. Sending these things back.

I bought this item and put it in my cat's collar. He has a habit of taking his collar off and hiding it in the house or yard and replacing them is getting expensive. I figured putting a beeper on it would make it easier to find. The item arrived with a dead battery. So I had to replace that right away which is difficult because nothing is secured or fastened inside of the tag. Then the tag constantly disconnects from the app. So when you try to turn the beeper on it won't connect. Which, kind of kills the point of having it in the first place. Seriously, don't waste your money.

So I got this tracker for my baby goat cause he was my pet and I wanted to always keep track of him just incase he ever gets lost. This tracker says it's for a small animal and this thing was huge and bulky. Trying to connect it is very difficult cause the directions don't fully explain how to do, just says download the app then connect it to your phone which I did and it beeped like it said. So I'm trying it out and thought it worked cause it said that my goat is right around the corner cause he will do his rounds eating weeds in the yard then back to the porch.GREAT GOAT BTW then not even a week later I ran to the store and when I came back I didn't see him so I went onto the app to see if I can find him and it said he's right here so I figured he's somewhere outside the house but close. We'll turns out my phone was being tracked not the tracker and my goat decided to fallow my dogs into the canal and he drowned😭 I jumped in and pulled him out and the tracker is definitely not water proof.

If the tracker actually worked I probably could of saved him buy instead I was trying to fallow the tracker which was taking me in all weird directions.

Confusing, and low battery

Ok, the app is easy and works great. BUT it showed up with a bad battery to start with. We left it on the dog while the replacement came our way. Hilariously, tonight the dog came in from his run with...the tag popped open and all the insides missing?! I guess that's what I'm returning. When I checked the app to see where the insides are, they seem strangely to be moving all over my yard and house and property. Barring a delighted grow with a new toy, I'm assuming this is a glitch.

Delivery was quick. Item is trash may work for luggage or inanimate objects. The GPS loses connection a lot!!! When it does lose connection it beeps loudly scaring the animal. No way to shut the beep off without shutting of device. Returning
