This is a very useful to help you peel vegetables and grate things with without the vegetable slipping away from you .I think it is a very good tool- and would recommend to any one that has problems holding vegetables while peeling them- it's wonderful for peeling potatoes. I would buy a box to put this in when storing it - as the spikes could be dangerous if left exposed when stored away- you could put a bit of polystyrene over the spikes to make it safer.
achetee pour ma maman qui est paralysé du bras droit, du coup c tres utile car elle souhaite faire bcp de choses seule, les pics tiennent bien le legume pour l'eplucher et elle utilise aussi la rape. la rape est amovible . par contre je ne sai pas si le nettoyage est facil.
