The green is more of a teal than a true green, but still not a bad color, it looks alot like the picture. The elastic pen holder closest to the seam is a bit tight, really only good for smaller around pens and pencils. The mesh pocket on the inside lid does not extend the full length of the pouch, it would have helped me if it did. Overall, I see this pouch being very helpful. 4 week into the semester I got tired of clinking my pencils together in class as I try to quietly remove what I needed to color. To help keep things more organized I am still having to use rubber bands, just to make sure things don't get mixed. It is nice having my favorite pen at my fingure tips, and I think it will fit in my very full back pack better. Overall, I am happy with it's first impression. The mesh pocket not being the full length of the pouch, and the tiny elastic on the inside seam is the primary cause of my 4.5 star rating . The picture of it closed is the pouch filled with all of my normal writing supplies, rubber banded for optimal organization. Its a little puffy, but the bundles dont lay flat. The second picture with it open as if I had just unzipped it has a standard sized pen in the mesh pocket as far down as it goes, next to a pink eraser. The eraser fits fine, the pen clearly doesnt. I would use this space for extra pens if it was pen sized (my worse fear is a dead pen in class, especially during a test). The velcro pocket under is perfect sized for mechanical pencil refills and erasers. You can also see I left the inner most loop empty, my pens can fit in it, but it is snug and a little frustrating, so I think I am just leaving it empty. The last picture has the biggest pocket, 33 writing implements total, and a stapler in the little top pocket thing that collapses. Overall, I see this working very well for me, just have to figure out the best combonation of staying organized and flat. It is definetly a huge step in the right direction.

I bought this case in the green color. I read another review that said it was more teal, which is what I was hoping for, but I would definitely call this green. Not a big deal as they did say green haha, but I wanted to mention it in case you are wanting teal too. But anyways, to the important part.

Pros:
Holds my 10 Staedtler pens, my 15 Zebra Mildliners, a bulky mechanical pencil, correction tape, some small post-it notes, and a 6-inch ruler comfortably. I think I could fit a small roll of washi tape as well, buuut I couldn't find mine, so don't quote me on that.
Material feels sturdy, yet flexible.
The correction tape pocket holds Bic Wite-Out correction tape nicely.
The center flap is really nice for retrieving frequently used items.
The center flap has different sized pen loops, so you can have a couple highlighter, a couple pens, and a normal pencil.

Cons:
Because it's flexible, it does not retain it's shape as much as I'd hoped.
The mesh pocket and the main compartment pocket are disappointing. I can fit small post-it notes in the mesh, but it's difficult to get in and out. The divider in the main compartment is pretty flimsy, so it doesn't feel like a pocket as much of an odd cover for small items.
The center flap has one loop that snugly fits a normal pencil, or 1/4 blending stump or smaller. However, I use mechanical pencils, and don't use blending stumps often, so this is a useless loop for me right now.
At 35 pens/highlighters, I could not fit newly purchased, standard-sized post-it notes if I had correction tape too without needing to force the zippers together.

Overall, I would recommend this product. With the the majority of cons being minor--and possibly not cons for you--this pencil case is pretty boss, especially at this price range. Hope this helps!

The first thing I have to say is that it's a little bit bigger than what I expected it to. But I do not like the colour at all. It's not the colour that shows on the picture. It's a different shade of green. Seller or Amazon, whoever is in charge of the pictures, needs to make sure that the pictures are calibrated to show the actual colour. I do not like the colour I got at all.

The next comment I have to make is that I bought this to hold my pencils and fountain pens. There's ample room for my colour pencils, but the pen holder is not what I expected, either. I usually carry about 4 Pilot Metropolitan pens and a Sharpie metallic pen. This case is supposed to have 5 elastic loops. The one near the seam is too narrow of a loop to hold any of my pens. I can only fit a mechanical pencil.

There's some sort of internal pocket in the case. If you put something in there, like a pencil sharpener, and if you have long pencils, the pencils won't fit. I can't use that pocket at all right now since my pencils are brand new and, therefore, long.

Apart from my inconvenience when it comes to the elastic loops and the colour not being quite what I thought it was, overall, I like it. The quality is good and it seems sturdy enough for my needs. I usually carry these cases in a laptop bag and things get dingle and pressed a lot in there.

If you don't care for the colour and if you don't carry as many fountain pens as I do, or if yours are thinner than mine, then I would say go for it. The internal pockets in the inside of the lid are a great addition to carry your fountain pen cartridges and other small items. The zipper and the Velcro will hold them in place. Overall, good quality for the price.

i purchased the pencil case in green for my child's school stationary supplies. it is a nicely constructed case which has enough room for our basics: 2 full-sz pencils, 2 or 3 thin small markers,pritt stick, eraser/ rubber, sharpener, and mini ruler. the separate flap which holds pencils is a great idea. i do think that the case should be a few cm longer as full-sz pencils only just fit in the center positions, and the curve of the case sides means that only shorter writing instruments can be stored at the sides. this also leaves sharp points up against the interior of the case, marring the case almost immediately while making it a bit fiddly to zip closed.

I ordered this pencil case in green and I love the colour! I'm really not in to 'gender specific' colours so tend to stay away from pinks and purples.
There is lots of room for different items and I managed to for in around 50 pens and pencils as well as eraser and some small washi tape.
I also love the structure meaning it stays in shape and doesn't get squashed in my work bag.
