The binding in the book is not very strong. Pages are loose and float around where the glue did not adhere evenly. I understand the "premium binding" is supposed to stay flat, but loose pages make for a sloppy cookbook. Page Street should reconsider their design.
Great book otherwise.
Southern comfort bowl
Vegan pot pie
Tuna-less tuna salad (simple but good)
Smoky potato salad
...and ANYTHING with that amazing vegan ranch sauce!
