didn't "look" like a diaper bag

I researched a TON before deciding on a diaper bag. I wanted one that was unisex, stylish, didn't "look" like a diaper bag, and was a backpack because I knew I would get sick of juggling a shoulder diaper bag. This fit the bill! I love the black and gold. If you're on the fence about purchasing, there are some youtube videos on this diaper bag and it got rave reviews, so check them out like I did! Amazon had the best price, of course. I'm excited to use this when my daughter is born and see how it holds up when we travel, too!

Work in the thermo part

The style is very nice but the thermo part the material is very weak . I had this same bag pack in the past and the same thing happen “the thermo park break like with 4 uses” I bought it again because I really love the style but unfortunately I happened again and this time I just didn’t want to losse my money like the first time I got it

To be fair, I just received this bag yesterday, so I can't speak to durability of this bag over time. However, this bag feels like it costs $500. The vegan leather feels super real, the gold zipper is great quality, and the zipper pulls feel heavy (in a good, quality way). I love that this bag doesn't specifically look like a diaper bag, so after my girl is grown, I can use it for work or other travel. My husband even thought this was a bag for him, because of how neutral it looked, so you know its cool! And if he's excited about it, then that's one less thing for me to carry. The first front pocket seems waterproof for any dirty baby clothes, the 2nd front pocket is insulated and the main compartment has 3-4 different sections to tuck things away, including a clip for car-keys and laptop/changing pad compartment. The changing pad it came with is exactly what I expected it to be, seems very easy to clean. I was worried about the price point with it being more expensive than most other diaper bags, but I am more than pleased with the quality, space, and organization. If you're on the fence and able to make the splurge, I definitely recommend!

I have never written a poor review but I felt the need to share my experience with other moms! I purchased this backpack thinking I was getting a quality product...boy was I wrong! My daughter is 6 weeks old, so I haven’t even been using this diaper bag for 2 months and it’s already broken! The insulation in the front pocket is completely torn and no longer keeps bottles cold! I would return this product immediately if I could but I purchased it long before my daughter was born and the return window is closed! I would not recommend this backpack to anyone looking for a decent quality diaper bag! Super disappointed!

Stay away!!! So when I first got the bag for my wife we loved it. We love the fact that we just throw it on our back as a backpack and go. However after only year-and-a-half the sipper started to fail so we decided to just use the one side of the zipper. After a short time later zipper for the main compartment is completely shot. I've heard this from other people who have this bag. they don't give a long enough warranty for product defect which probably means that they don't really expect their back to last very long. Stay away, stay away, stay away. For the cost you can buy so many other options.

I really liked the bag at first. It doesn’t look like a diaper bag and stylish. However after some months of use, the zipper did break. It will close but only one side can be zipped and unzipped like other reviews. Another negative is that because it’s leather it is heavy. After all the items you put in there sometimes I wish I went with a lighter bag.

Expected more from this brand. The “leather” felt very cheap and like it would peel immediately. There’s no place to securely put bottles, and the inside pockets are too small (I have no idea what these are intended for). Returned.

We bought this backpack after hours upon hours of research. It seemed like this was the way to go! It was bought in July 2018, baby was born mid September, and by October, the zippers were falling apart and the "leather" has been chipping off. Honest refused to do a return, and because of the timeline, Amazon wasn't able to either! The backpack literally lasted less than a month of use and is NOT worth the money or the hype. We are still so disappointed in this product and now have to find another bag, pay more money, and hope the next one works....

We had the honest company bag before and absolutely loved it. We used it for over a year but unfortunately lost it on one of our outings. Because we loved the bag so much we went ahead and ordered if again. This time though the bag ripped within a week of using it and having paid as much as we did we are terribly disappointed and would honestly expect a refund on the product. It is unfair to have to spend so much on a bag and it would give in in less than a week. I am not sure if this is linked but the first time we bought the bag it was from a store here in Calgary and this time we bought it from Amazon. It shouldn't make a difference where we bought it from but I am lost on what else could be the problem.
