Denise O.Curing Courtney: Doctors Couldn't Save Her...So Her Mom Did
Written with insight and compassion, Honest Medicine by Julia Schopick is of invaluable help to those living with life-threatening illnesses and their loved ones and caretakers.
The chapters written by doctors, dietitians, and parents are sometimes heart-rending but always informative and filled with details bound to help others.
The book offers solid, plain spoken information on therapies that may be unknown to those who could benefit most from them. These therapies are frequently
dismissed outright by practitioners of Western medicine. Those who have nonetheless pursued them for the benefit of their loved ones have been immeasurably rewarded.
Above all, the book offers hope.
