For the sake of Clarity, I wanted to post what I asked the company and what they responded:
We've seen concerns expressed online before and have critically examined the research to ensure our formula is as safe and high quality as possible (it's the same kind of due diligence we perform with all of our products — no stone is left unturned!).
Here's what we found: Human milk fat is very high in palmitic acid (in a certain structural composition), which is believed to help with absorption. In order to facilitate absorption in infant formula and best model the fat blend that is in breast milk, palm oil is often used. Fat is crucial during baby's first year, providing approximately 50% of their total calories and driving their growth and development. Our fat blend contains several different organic oils, including organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, organic soy oil and RSPO certified palm oil to provide the fats that baby needs for their developing brains and bodies. There are many conflicting studies in the medical landscape — causing quite a bit of consumer confusion and concern. For example, a few studies back in early 2000 with very small sample sizes showed that palm oil decreases bone mineral density, but newer research is proving otherwise. Here are just a few of the studies that we have looked at regarding palm oil and its effect on an infant's digestion/bones.

Our organic palm oil comes from the African Oil Palm (Elaeis Guineensis, Jacq), and is RSPO certified and sustainably sourced!
