Smart response technology
This feature allows the thermostat to learn how long the furnace and air conditioner take to reach programmed temperature settings, so you’re comfortable at the time you expect.

Auto changeover
Auto changeover is helpful when either air conditioning or heating might be needed. When set to Auto, the thermostat automatically selects heating or cooling so you can always be comfortable.

Advanced control and alerts
To help protect your system from damage, the thermostat has a setting that makes the compressor wait a few minutes before restarting. If activated, it can also display a filter replacement alert.

Received: thermostat, installation guide, screws/anchors, wire labels, operation manual and reference card.
Install: you'll need a drill (to prepare the holes for the anchors), a Phillips head screwdriver (optional - just depends on preference for installing/tightening the screws), a leveler (they provide a spot to put it to ensure it is straight), a small slot head screwdriver (used when connecting the wires), and 2 AA batteries.
Comments: even though the installation is pretty easy and simple, the installation guide does not explain or everything as clearly as it could have so that is the only thing I had any issues with
