This Book Has All The Others Licked

Many business books I buy don't fulfill me as I already know most of its contents. When I first picked up this book I instantly learned something I hadn't thought of. After a few chapters I was blown away, and I'm still not 1/2 way through it yet. I am going to implement many of the tips and suggestions in Steve's book. As Marcus Lemonis says, People, Process and Product and this book will definitely help me find, cultivate and reward some awesome people. Chilly Billy's Ice Cream will never be the same again. Great Book!

Inspirational and Resourceful Book. A Must Read for the Small Business Owner.

Steve has been an amazing mentor, teacher, and inspiration since I first heard him give a presentation at Penn State's Short Course on Ice Cream. Steve knows his stuff -- he's been a business owner in the ice cream industry -- so I'm looking forward to reading more about how to recruit, retain and motivate employees. Steve is a knowledgeable, entertaining and engaging speaker so I expect book to be the same. Many of the principals that I use in my business today is because of the guidance I learned from Steve. So glad it's now on paper!

Important part of owning a business

I met Steve about 9 years ago at the Napics Show in Columbus Ohio. Steve's contribution has always been to help people and his book will definitely help and inspire us to becoming better listeners and motivators for our customers and employees. Employees have changed over the years. There are a lot more distractions in the work place such as cell phones, i pads, facebook, etc. With all that said, it's very important to find the right way to motivate your employees and most importantly do the right thing for your customers.Thanks Steve for giving us great advice.
