I've had mine installed now less than a week and already it is not turning on properly; it hums and buzzes and flashes from time to time but won't turn completely on. I would return it, but it took the contractor longer to finish the bathroom than I thought and we are past the return window.

Great looking mirror. Good quality. Very modern looking with white bright light. I wired it to a dimmer switch with led can lights, and mirror is not dimmable.
4 stars beacuse the touch screen on off button works sometimes, you have to find a right spot to turn it on and off
When mirror is on with my lightning, when you turm off wall switch and turn it back on, then mirror is off... you have to switch on again with touch screen button.

Item looks wonderful. Had issues with dimmer and after a few months of use this unit just stopped quit on us. Very disappointing as we have several other and have not had this issue. I feel the button is the issue, it should just be controlled with the wall swithch.

I just opened the wooden box it came into and I love the mirror, the finish, materials, it is really beautiful. I got the 48 x 36 size. I tried powering the lights on before installing to see if I liked the color/brightness and that's the only reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars. The LED strip it comes with is 6000K temperature color which I don't like, and not bright enough. I just ordered a Warm white, mega bright LED strip to replace the factory installed strip. Other than that, I love it and it is a great product at a great price!

Packaging was very sturdy and no issues once opening it up. The installation was a breeze and the overall look in our bathroom was what I was hoping for...EXCEPT...the lighting....This has been installed in a small bathroom, so it's not that it's lost in a big master bath....but it is not very bright. There are settings that you can dim and raise to 100%, but don't plan on being able to use this to put your makeup on.....it's a BIG mirror with disappointing brightness. We're going to figure out a place to put another light in, in order to have the brightness needed. We're not going to replace it because aesthetically, it looks great - just need more brightness.

Overall, my wife likes it. She wishes there was a way to change the light temperature to more of an accurate light for makeup. Looks good. We bought the one with the LED light and defogger. Defogger only works on a very small rectangle in the middle of the 72” mirror. That sucks because it makes the feature useless, to be honest. Still was cheaper than the local glass shop and big box store so there is that.

purchased a medium and large mirror. the large mirror switch will not work properly or the defog. the lite on and defog circle is not complete, no marks or cracks in the mirror. The shipping packaging was really good and had no marks. I had to wire it to an wall switch but it will not dim or have any changes. it is on bright or off with the wall lite switch. Not impressed with the large mirror. will love it if it can be exchanged and work properly.
Medium mirror is great.

My wife uses all the features. It looks sharp & modern - if I had to pick ... I do wish the light and other features had different power inputs. If you want the light on the unit tied to a light switch or if you want bluetooth with the light off.. there is no separation to make that happen - we have it plugged into a recessed plug behind the mirror - so we do not deal with another light switch. I also found studs and used better screws for mounting. They send you what looks like 3" drywall screws and anchors. I would not trust the unit using wall anchors. When I had the wall apart to add the plug - I put wood connected to the studs where the bracket would go. Maybe overkill... but I am more confident. The connection to the wall is by a metal french cleat - very secure and clever otherwise. It does stand proud of the wall 1.5". The bluetooth works great - speakers are OK ... not an audiophine product. The defogger defogs. adds wow factor.

I had some issues with Amazon getting my address wrong however once that was corrected the company took a few tries to get it right. BHBL was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure I did eventually get the mirror. Splitting the wall light switch and keeping a wall mounted light is recommended and gives you the best option for having the best of both; back light dimmable mirror and standard bathroom light. Looks great and a nice upgrade from a standard bathroom mirror.
