FULL Explanation of shirt...

First off there are a lot of mixed reviews so I will try and clear some of the confusion up. This shirt is exactly as it's pictured but because of the way it is displayed, it looks different. If you go to the color of shirt called "ELECTRIC BLUE" you will see exactly what the shirt looks like because it's laid out completely flat. There is a band around the bottom, the band is about 5 inches long (width). There are also bands around the arm/wrist (just like the bottom of the waist) and those are about 5 inches as well. This shirt IS OFF THE SHOULDER if you get the size you wear, or possibly go up a size as it's a bit on the small side. The shirt runs very small. I wear an XL but like my shirts loose because of my chest size (36DDD) so I bought a bigger size (LXL/16-18) and it fits off the shoulder just fine. I also bought another color but have not received it yet and ordered an even bigger size so I can wear with leggings and a spaghetti strap tank under it (my hopes anyway) so I will update when that arrives. These tops take quite some time to arrive so don't expect fast delivery but they did come when it was supposed to, so no complaints there but we all know (or rather should know) that this is a product review page...NOT A SELLER REVIEW page, most know there is a difference. ANYWAY, great shirt, made well for the price, highly recommend!! HOPE THIS HELPS CLEAR UP SOME CONFUSION!

UPDATE 9/24/14

AS I SAID I WOULD UPDATE WHEN SECOND TOP ARRIVED. I just received the second top. I normally wear an XL and the first top was 16-18, the second was 18-20 and both are same exact size. I laid them on top of one another and they are indeed exact. They both have different tags on them and both do NOT say a size. The second top (Dark Blue) will not lay off the shoulder like the first top (black) will. CLEARLY, these tops are made from different companies and it's a crap shoot when they arrive as far as off the shoulder or not. I went into explaining the bands around the waist/wrist in my first review above ^^^ but I will add that the size of the bands are different. The first top, the bands width are bigger, same with around the waist. 2 different tops all together!! Both tops are cute, just wish the second top would lay off the shoulder like the first one.

I am not plus size I'm regular size but I purchased the 20-22 XXL because reviews said it runs small and a lot of inexpensive clothes on here Asian sizes. I am 5'5" 135lbs. and size 6-8 so I said it runs small because the double extra large fits me perfect looks just like the picture and I LOVE it!!!!!! This is one my best clothing purchases on Amazon and for what like seven dollars you can't beat it! I'm in love

I JUST CHANGED FROM FIVE STARS TO THREE! (I left my original review, but added an update below):
I was a little nervous about placing this order, because some reviewers had complained that 2 different tops were being sold here. One is as pictured, with wide bands around the cuffs and hips, and hanging nicely off the shoulder. The other style seems like a cheap knock off of the first, with no bands at the cuffs, a skinny band around the hips and cut too small at the neckline to hang off-shoulder. But because the price was right and I like the way the tops look in the photos, I decided to take the gamble...and pray. The 2 tops arrived today, weeks earlier than predicted, and I LOVE THEM!!!! Both the red and the light gray I ordered have the attractive wide bands at the cuffs and hips, and both hang off my shoulder beautifully. I am 5'4" tall, 165 lbs., and have a less than perfect stomach due to pregnancies. I normally wear a size large (12-14). I ordered these in L/XL 16-18 because I wanted to make sure they would be loose and not cling to my body. I was concerned though, that they might be sloppy big on me. In fact, they are absolutely perfect, as if they were tailor made for me. They are not sloppy big at all, and they are not quite as long as the photos make them appear. With the wide bottom band scrunched at my upper hip, I look perfectly sexy! I just ordered 4 more, noticing that 3 are coming from one seller (ZJ Clothes) and the 4th is coming from another (Gorgeous Mode). I will update my review if there is any difference between the tops I receive!
*UPDATE*
I ordered several more of these tops, and now own a total of 16 of them. I now know why most of the prices were so reasonable. The quality of some of the tops is lacking. Some of them are cut so wide at the neckline, that they would expose my entire breast, and I can only wear them around the house, with a camisole underneath. Others have either major or minor sewing errors that must be repaired before I can wear them. Some have sleeve bands that are tight, others, loose. The sleeve bands on almost all of them tend toward stretching out of shape during wear, especially when I slide the sleeves up to wash my hands. Some of the colors are not great, such as the brown, which is so dark, it looks black or off-black in artificial light. The orange is not the rich, pumpkin orange in the photo above, in reality, it's a bright, cheap-looking neon orange. There is very little difference between the colors of the orange and the coral; neither is accurately depicted above. They are both neon bright, but the coral looks a little better, in my opinion. I regret ordering the orange one. I'd give only a few of these 5 stars, and some, 1 or 2 stars. So overall: 3 stars.

I'll start off by saying that these run really small. I normally wear a L to an XL and had to order an XXXL.
The colors are quite a bit off from the photos as well.
I ordered the nude, which looks pink, but it's actually a sandy color.
I still like the color, it's just not what I was expecting.

Other then that I really like the top. It's a nice style and cut, and the price is great. The quality isn't bad either.

All things considered, I would probably order another one.
Just go into it knowing what I've told you before you do.
