One of the things I like most is he does not rely solely on sex like so many other authors do in this genre. It really helps the story to develop.
The second thing without giving anything away, I liked the perspective he took for the woman, he allows her to come to her own terms of watching her husband become a feminine being. Even though there were a lot of nice snippets in the story where the roles were obviously reversed, my only criticism is that there could have been a few more. This is a minor criticism.
Another thing that I enjoy that Cooper does is play out the dynamic between a feminine individual and a masculine individual. Sometimes genetics over take the mind, when a man starts being attracted to a woman for her strength, and a woman starts being attracted to a man because of his gentleness it, for me anyway, make for a very pleasant read.
The cool thing that Cooper did was he did not just jump into it, he let it evolve, with her still maintaining a sense of who she was but realizing who she is becoming.
I truly hope that there is a follow up to this story as there was for the Masculinity series. I look forward to seeing the perspective from a woman who is becoming masculine as her husband becomes feminine. I think there is a treasure cove there waiting to be discovered.
