I was frustrated, upset because I didn't knew how to prepare myself ahead of my interview so I could answer in a natural way these kind of questions.
If you want to get your dream job, take the time to read this book, it will help you to know how to answer the hardest questions in an honest way so you can get the job that you want.
Peggy McKee's products and webinars have led to a much more effective resume and my confidence in my ability to market myself has soared.
Additionally, the responses provoke an internal analysis and I was able to easily create my own, honest scenarios.
Very happy to recommend to families and friends.

The book itself offers very practical advice for how to answer common interview questions. This includes best-practice answers to give to interview questions. Even if you are asked questions that are not in the book in an interview, the analysis that the author offers around each question will help you think about how to approach other types of questions. The questions that are analysed in the book range from the very common to some that are quite abstract!
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this book as a very useful tool in preparing for job interviews.
Here's how to answer difficult interview questions intelligently and well. It has really helped me build my confidence. There's also a really useful tablet app called Job interview questions and answers, by the same author, which enables you to record yourself while answering to see what you really sound and look like, with some helpful video based coaching answers by Peggy.
Lots more useful and complementary resources on youtube by the author and at their website careerconfidential.com
But don’t get me wrong. The book is still helpful to prepare for many questions and thinking about what to say in different situations.
Thank you so much Peggy!
