As a health care provider, it is a cumbersome, yet dutiful, responsibility to facilitate better eating habits in many of my patients. This book is an immediate “go to” resource which saves me hours in the practice and still gives the patient a tangible resource that they can have in their hands and leave in the kitchen!
From foods to body and cleaning products, the second edition continues to expand from the first edition with updated materials and information. I look forward to seeing what Ms. Addison brings us in her next book. I highly recommend this comprehensive guide and recipe book for creating sustainable improvement in one's health and well-being.
