About the authors

Andy began his career in illustration in 2003, after spending fifteen years working as a graphic designer in the computer games industry.
Since then he has worked for a long list of clients in the fields of Picture Books, Magazines, Toy Design, Character Design, and Advertising.
He has illustrated several New York Times, USA Today, and Barnes and Noble bestselling titles, and can't think of a better job to have than being paid to doodle stuff all day long!
He lives in a small village on the West coast of Scotland with his wife and three children.

I LOVE writing stories that make children laugh and get excited about reading and drawing and writing. I also love taking naps and listening to music. Not at the same time. Well, sometimes. It depends on the song.
I have written lottttttts of stories (over 4000!), and more than 150 of those have been made into books!
There are How to Catch books and How to Draw books!
Gross books and Action and Adventure books.
Picture books and chapter books and middle grade books and lots lots more.
My goal is to have books for all ages and reading abilities and interests.
And, coming soon, more new books! 18,000 HOLES IN THE UNIVERSE (chapter book) in August 2024 and A VERY DINOSAUR CHRISTMAS (picture book) in September 2024!
I AM VERY EXCITED!!!!!!!!
