This author has managed to combine healthy with exciting and delicious in the kitchen. I can't wait to try the Salmon BLT, Sweet and Spicy Chicken, Spicy Orange Beef and the Thai Red Vegetable Curry. While I tend to shy away from vegetarian recipes, she includes several which actually look tasty. No matter what your tastes, I think you will find something you like in this cookbook. Finding things you actually like is key to eating healthier.

Always on the lookout for new recipes, this is a great book!

First of all, I had never heard of yogurt butter - this will be a keeper....

The NY Strip with Portobello mushrooms in red wine sounds delicious.

Also, two chicken recipes that I will try

Chicken breast with olives, lemon and feta cheese and

Sweet and Spicy chicken - the combination of hot pepper jelly and low fat cream cheese is great...

Can hardly wait to try out some new ones.

The selections and ingredients were interesting and tasty. There are ideas for seafood, chicken, and beef that integrate a variety of vegetables and several different spices and condiments. The cooking tips were new to me and useful. However, there was not any specific calorie or nutritional value information.

Honestly, I have yet to try the recipes, but most of them have simple ingredients that I usually have on hand. The recipes appear each to make and I'm looking forward to trying most of them. Good luck to the authour.
