The book asks, “What's at stake for you”? The simple answer is everything. Julian’s book methodically walks us through how sound, speaking and listening, influence our lives, both positively and negatively. This is a great read for anyone that is looking to improve their communication skills, whether it be for personal or professional reasons. I am involved in Leadership Training and find many in the business world have communication skills that have atrophied in today's digital environment of e-mails, IMs, and texts. If you are someone who is looking to improve these critical skills, this is the book for you.
