Editorial Reviews

I really enjoyed reading 'How to Lavish a Leo' and found it absorbing reading! There is so much information packed into it yet it flows nicely and it is always entertaining. I think Mary has the balance just right! In particular, I love the quotes - it really engages your interest and gives the subject a really personal feel.  ~ Christine

From the Author

I started this series of Astrology books with 'How toSurvive a Pisces', about  my sign andafter the book had been accepted at the publishers (who is I found out later, aPisces!) he told me he didn't just want one book. Ooooh, I thought, I'd betterwrite on for each sign of the Zodiac. And as there are 12 signs of the Zodiac Ithen realised I'd got quite a lengthy project.
When I started writing this book on Leos, I was involved inthe on-going sceptical attack against Homeopaths and Homeopathy and I caught myself just after I'd written a letter to HRH The Prince of Wales to gethis support for an Act of Parliament that was going through...
I didn't even think that there was anyproblem writing to a member of the Royal Family (who I have never met, or amnever likely to!) and it wasn't until I'd popped the letter in the letter-boxover the road, that I thought 'That was a very Leo thing to do, to contact theRoyal Family!' and there lies the theme of Leo: acting like Royalty....
