5.0 out of 5 stars - a great start for me to having a fit and healthy body! Rapid weight loss is all I need. I gave birth 3 months ago and I have gained weight a lot. I felt sad because it's very hard to shed pounds when you don't have the proper diet and exercise. I am very thankful to this book because it promises a lot of benefits if you just follow the tips and advice from the expert. I believe this is a great start for me to having a fit and healthy body!

I created my website 10in30.com and my Amazon books because of all of the research I did to gain 10 pounds of muscle in a month and then later lose 10 pounds of fat in a month as well. I wanted to share my findings, experiments, and show you everything that worked and exclude everything that didn't. I didn't want others to waste time trying stuff out that will not work because we are humans with emotions, responsibilities, jobs, perhaps kids, and we can easily get turned off if all of our efforts were a waste of time.
If you do the simple steps in this book I promise you will get better results than you ever imagined. I do not make it too complicated or hard to follow. The 10in30 approach is that I show you how to lose 10 pounds and you do it. And you get on with your life. I'm guessing you don't necessarily want to spend hours and hours researching "fitness". I already did it for you.
10in30 is all about SUSTAINABILITY. If something is too hard, you are probably not going to stick with it. Although I stress hard work, dedication, responsibility, and consistency we make sure it's something everyone can do and can stick to.
Trust me, you really can do it.
