She's been eating gluten-free for over 10 years and has written recipes for numerous online publications, as well as doing cooking demos at events including the Cake and Bake Show 2019. She gave up a career working in PR and marketing to focus on food full-time with an aim to develop recipes which reunite her and her followers with the foods they can no longer eat. This cookbook calls for simple ingredients, with simple, easy to follow steps.
Of course none of that matters if it doesn’t taste good. I am working my way through the entire cookbook. So far everything has been delicious. The photo I posted was a recipe from the cookbook called, Mark’s Mum’s Malaysian Chicken Curry. Yum!

The pictures and examples are bright and clear.
The font used is easy to read ( I am dyslexic).
The book itself feels luxurious. The quality is truly beautiful.
Now to the recipes. I don’t even know where to begin. Cakes, starters , savoury , inventive dishes and old favourites.
Becky is also a lovely person. Her excitement and enthusiasm on social media has been evident. Always replying to questions and comments.
She gives examples of how to make a dish dairy free or vegan in each recipe . Also low FODMAP where possible.
This is my new recipe bible.

I came across Becky and found her recipes so easy to follow, with normal ingredients that I'd usually have in the cupboard or a quick dash to Tesco extra on the corner, so when i saw there was a book coming I knew i had to get it. Her recipes have never failed me and have used them on my non-gluten free/low fodmap family members and they too have been impressed.
The book is stunning, really easy to read and I can't wait to get started on new recipes.
