I have seen people start travel groups based on writing groups, chocolate lovers, etc., HIs business advice is very good but at times the info is common sense. If you really want to start a travel biz, although you may have to look into updates in policies with cruise lines, travel agent licensing, etc., it is worth getting advice from a seasoned professional.
His model is a realtively narrow one, assuming that you will draw your clientele from the same geographic region, your club, church, etc. I would have liked to have seen other examples of tour groups, e.g., cultural or arts tours drawing clientele from all over the country or world.
An easy read; I was through the book in a couple of hours.
