The author does warn that it is impossible to tell you what every state wants. I get that. But even some of the broad strokes pointed me down a wrong path.
I am a book person so it made me feel better to have it but in hindsight, I would have been better off doing nothing until I saw the lawyer except finding the important papers and doing a preliminary inventory.
