I grabbed a copy of this book, because I want so much to leave mypart-time job and earn not only a decent regular income with my writingbut a steady passive income, as well -- so I'm not constantly trading my skills and time for money.
This book is giving me all kinds of ideas and posing questions for me to answer, and I recommend it to anyoneinterested in earning passive income and even replacing their job'sincome with it. It's what I hope to do, and I appreciate the time theauthor put into writing this book and sharing his experience and ideas. It's hard to put down.
Very Practical, realistic book on achieving financial freedom
Great book for all of us considering walking away from a job and creating a passive income.
The author shares his own experience of dealing with being laid off with afamily of 5 to support. The message of the book is optimistic - it'spossible to escape the broken system we're living in, but unlike most'passive income' books out there, this one takes really practical, sober, reality-based view. Yes, it's possible, but you need to plan andprepare appropriately. The author draws from his own experience of whatworks and what doesn't, which makes his advice believable.

If those things sound passive or proven (he actually admits that he'd rather work 80 hours for himself than 40 hours for someone else), then you might like this book. There isn't a whole lot of detail on those methods, BUT you get links to his online courses! So, you get to be part of the income stream, get it? Just felt very hucksterish to me.
