How Squats Can Change Your Life - a book by Keep Fit Kingdom

Why this book, and why should you know what's in it?
“How Squats Can Change Your Life” has been written for anyone who wants to know how squats can help them achieve increased health, fitness, strength and energy in a remarkably short time, in just 10-minutes per day!
The story so far...
Before I'd reached my teen years, I remember being fascinated by superheroes and their physiques. In my teens, I started reading up on anatomy, and from there I practised and realized squats were the single best exercise you could perform.
What I noted with regular squatting workouts (with or without weights) was interesting. I no longer got sick. I no longer got the usual round of viruses, colds, infections, aches and pains that I used to get, and which others still regularly get.
I haven't seen a doctor in over 8 years!
Learn that your body has its own inbuilt 'pharmacy' of natural let's say *powers (*because a certain seller isn't allowing me to use the "d" word I wanted to use!) which you can activate by squatting regularly (with or without weights) for 5-10 minutes per day.

After reading this, you'll understand not just "how" but more importantly "why" to squat, and it's explained thoroughly from many angles; physical, mental and spiritual.
This book presents a great way to help you build a relationship with your legs, and by extension, your entire body - you'll actually get to know yourself better.
Get prepared to go after your goals, and start by reading 'How Squats Can Change Your Life'!"

"My experience with squatting began at age 14 when I built a squat rack from 2 x 4 lumber. After a few years, I was doing 10 reps with 300lb (136kg) in the 'below parallel' squat.
I discovered that squatting, as "How Squats Can Change Your Life" talks about, helped me increase my muscular bodyweight.
While squatting with Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1972 at Golds Gym, I achieved my best lift of 10 reps with 405lb (184kg). Since then, I've been squatting with my Leg Blaster and can feel it directly on the quads and even the hamstrings.
The book "How Squats Can Change Your Life" is a helpful guide for gaining confidence in squatting."

To develop effective kicks, you need great leg power, and "How Squats Can Change Your Life", shows some great secrets on how to develop your legs to their fullest.
There's also the mental and psychological side of training that's important not to overlook, and the book further highlights finding balance in both through squats training, breathing techniques, and everything in-between.
For martial artists, the pandemic has been rough, but it's important not to neglect your training in mind, body, and spirit during this time.
This book gives great tools for how to strengthen your legs as the first step to bringing out your body's potential to its fullest, and martial artists from every discipline around can benefit greatly from it!
Although there is an abundance of decent links to actual informative material, what this book needs is case histories, photographs, charts of results actually attained, PROOF that squats will supercharge your energy, health, and happiness in addition to creating leg strength. I can't say the author is a liar, but I recognize a lot of BS in this book.
Most exercise books that only tell you about the mechanics of an exercise are not enough these days. This book gets under your skin in an provocative way - to encourage you to focus on the daily habits of health so you can experience all the advantages for yourself.
I'll be using the ideas from its pages on my young family so they don't need to visit the doctor or take medicines too often! Thank you.
See, I've learned so much from this book already! Excited to try some of the variations I learned about here.
This is why when I saw this interesting 157-page soft cover book on Amazon (How Squats can change your life by Raj Khedun, with Alan Riseborough, FORWARD BY Rob Van Dam) I immediately purchased it.
I always knew that doing squats of all kinds was very important in developing overall lower body power and strength. In fact, many years ago, when I was a young man, when I was doing squats with 450 pounds, which isn’t that great, but I did gain a lot of leg strength and lung power doing them. I must say first off that this is the first book I can remember reading that focuses primarily on doing numerous kinds of squats one can do, and also explains why and how to do a wide variety of other different kinds of leg strength exercises.
This excellent book covers the following material in its thirteen chapters: Squat motivation: igniting your personal reasons for change, squats: your strong, trusted friend, squats and your hormones, squats: the difference between men and women, rethinking squats, squat nutrition, squat preparation, and getting started, increasing squat intensity, exercises and routines, making squats fun, get your squat on and music and videos.
My only real complaint about this book is that it may not be for beginners because there are not enough illustrations showing how to do the numerous squat exercises it mentions in this book. Further, one has to be familiar with terms such as “Tabata” workout squat programs etc. Nevertheless, I personally really liked this book as a reference source and now I have added more squats and leg exercises to my overall 6 days a week intense workouts.
Even though I have been doing squats for many years, lately because of age, physical and medical issues I have been neglecting them; however, this book provided a new motivational reason to again work on this king of leg power exercises, the squat.

and the body in school. I mean, why is it so complicated?
Why do we have so many illnesses that can't be fixed?
This book is focused on the exercise of squats, but it's more
than that. It talks about the rationale about current medicine
and why they're missing a vital link. This is the very link
that will help make you healthier, fitter and more energetic
without a doctor, and even better...it's FREE!
I love how this brand cares about this subject and their
passion is obvious.
You'll be getting insights here that the doctors and big pharma
don't want you to know about, but since the pandemic and all, I
think the time is ripe, we all should know the stuff disclosed
here. Nice work.

I like the motivation section, the rationale about why to squat, and why it's really important in this day and age of doing most things whilst staying at home.
The exercises are explained in a simple, straightforward way which is helpful and you get a sense that the authors genuinely care and want all readers to get healthier. Do check it out especially if you feel you need a friendly hand in the right direction!

I really like this books content.
It has a very relatable rationale about why it was written.
The foreword by Rob Van Dam the wrestler is very thoughtful and he mentions his stretching and flexibility which has kept him injury free for years.
To know that I can apply these same practices immediately and get similar results (saving 20 odd years of experimentation, sounds very appealing :)
I've made a start on several of these exercises and so far, so good. If I get a chance, I'll update my review with some results.
Very excited, keep it up guys!
