Has some good info but the same can be found on the internet for free. Book is very short and most pages are not filled. I regret this purchase.

I am in the process of starting a food kiosk business at the flea market and so I had a lot of questions; this book answered a lot of the questions I had and gave me a lot of information I hadn’t considered as a new entrepreneur. The author included his email to request supplemental information and he responded to my email the same day; I was impressed and thankful for his feedback

Wasn't very detailed or as thoroughugh as I expected. I've read similar books and this one honestly disappointed me. I found a lot of spelling errors as well, which tells me proper time and care/effort didn't go into making this book what it should be.
