The book did a nice job of getting to the core of what makes living joyful and how to weave that increasingly into daily life.
ps: Everyone in the family has read or is reading it and we are using it to help each other! No one is getting away with anything!.. I can see a mind loop from a mile away! They can't hide from me and I will stamp them out! LOL Not kidding, it is a very helpful and enlightening book and I am glad you have it in book form so I don't have to read it on the computer. Thank you again my friend and thank you also for helping us through what you helped us through two years ago. You are a bright and shining light to us all.

It's an accessible roadmap to achieve desired goals, a system to "erase and replace" negative thoughts - which she has termed "Mind Loops."
Ireland's near death experience was also a captivating read. Luckily she survived it so all of us can learn from her experience.
This book was like a recipe with just the right spices to make a self help book not only extremely useful, but also a fun read.
