This book has groundbreaking information about a topic we've all been inundated with. I was skeptical that there could be anything substantially new about stress, but there certainly is and here it is. This is revolutionary, not only in the information but in the approach to effectively intervening in the physiological chain reaction that just keeps going on in the case of Long Term Stress. And fortunately, Diana Lees' easy conversational style makes this potentially intimidating scientific information totally accessible. I not only was not bored, I found it absolutely compelling. This is a must-read for anyone who wants optimum health in our current culture of stress.

I have been on a journey to regain my health for almost half my life. Along that journey, I learned of the benefits of nutritional supplementation and lifestyle changes, and I understood that too much stress could be a detriment to optimal health. However, reading Diana's book really turned on the light for me about the long-lasting and hidden dangers of stress. I am now on the path to better health, and a happier life. For this I am very thankful.

The title of this book does not do it justice. I was not prepared for the wealth of information I found in these pages. I have a completely new understanding of the impact that every day stress has on my body and my health and I recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from any kind of health issue. My deepest gratitude to Diana for creating such an important book full of life saving information. I am finally on the road back to recovery and good health!
