Excellent. I was fascinated while reading this book. I learned a lot, especially my weakness. I think I am better prepared now, not only for work, but for my daily life too. Expanded definitions of the five domains furnished me with some important tools to work with in order to become a winner.

This is an excellent business book. It gives you tools to be successful in life. It has a personality test to see where you are at. It goes into goal setting. Gives you examples and stories that show you what others have done, some make you cry and others are simply are incredible. The author's experience in Xerox and what he learned working for one of the finest training companies in the world is extremely valuable. The chapter on questions I have used in my company and with my family and friends. The chapter where he reveals a secret that a participant in a seminar paid $1,500 to learn is worth the price of the book and more. His stories about sports and his involvement with the Los Angeles Lakers and other teams are awesome. That one principle, "successful people are willing to do things that unsuccessful people are not willing to do is great.
Last but not least. The chapters on sales, marketing, negotiations and customer service should be read by every employee in America. This is a hell of a book. I highly recommend it.

I am not one to buy mainstream motivational books because I've never related with the scenarios they portray, but this book actually captures the essence of what motivates the average person in Corporate America and beyond. I particularly liked the author's personal anecdotes. They make you feel like you are in conversation with him, rather than reading his book. The stories he tells are so simple and insightful, they really do engage you. This is a real quick and easy read I keep it at my desk for both good days and bad.
