It was just as funny the second time around.
The author joins the British Army at a young age to get some direction in her life. She is quite the prankster/joker and gets herself into quite a few scrapes with her superiors. They must have seen good qualities in Lorna as she seemed to have quality relationships with most towards the end of her career in the Army. A quote from another reviewer gave me a chuckle "Not so much yomping but romping". So true, she does 'sow her oats' while in the army.
Plenty of antics in this read to keep you entertained throughout the read. Recommend!
