The Hubsan H502S Desire is an X-configuration RC quadcopter that features FPV (first-person view) functionality to put you in the pilot's seat. The drone's onboard camera can record 720p HD video or photo to a microSD card. It also beams down a live video feed, which can be viewed from a 4.3" display on the included transmitter (radio controller). A GPS-backed flight controller provides autonomous functions, such as automatic return home and altitude hold. This is a ready to fly drone that includes a flight battery and USB charger.

I recommend buying extra batteries (batteries for hobby vehicles are notoriously short-lived) and rechargeable AA batteries, as the transmitter burns through them very quickly.
I also want to point out that the seller, MiFly Drone, was extremely helpful throughout the ordering process and after when I inquired about extra parts. Their responses to my emails came extremely fast and their eagerness to answer my questions was simply first-rate. My five starts is very much related to the helpfulness of the seller.
Bottom line: I've had a lot of fun flying this drone with my son and the seller couldn't have been more helpful.
P.S. also very fun flying at night with the led lights.
1 Month update the 502s is a very fragile quad I have had to replace many parts mostly motors also the 2.4g board burned up. The upside was the parts were fairly cheap, the down side is waiting so long for them to be delivered from China. I have been having a big problem with the plastic gears on the motors shafts, after more than one flight the motors heat up to the point that the plastic gears melt and stop spinning one or more of the props causing the quad to spin out of control and crash. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem?
The follow me feature is awesome.
The return home and land works perfect.
The size is perfect for transporting
The binding is a bit slow and touchy at times but over all a great drone
The only thing I would change is add brushless motors like the 501s only smaller. Highly recommend this for a day to day flying camera.
Be sure to calibrate all aspects of the system for best trusts. Most people that have had trouble flying this need to calibrate the transmitter as well as the drone for perfect results in flying.
Have flown this in 5 to 10 mph winds and it handles it very well. However for pictures it's best to have no wind as the camera doesn't have a gimble.
I have 4 DJI drones and this is my favorite.
Just purchased the 501 and will report on it as I do more testing.
