I love this site online and used to love it on my Fire-- but no longer. I don't need all the pictures, just the titles in each category and then I can choose what to read quickly. The font is way too small. Change it back or I'll look elsewhere!

I very rarely write reviews - but I feel the need to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the new Huffington Post app format. It is completely unusable. Navigation is broken and the font is too small to read. This used to be one of my favorite apps - now it's garbage.

Latest update makes all articles unreadable on Kindle fire. Cannot expand font. Utterly useless now.
Don't the programmers test this on all versions of Kindle before releasing the update to the app?

This was a useful and interesting app and I used it often.
Now, for some reason it's been changed so it's just a bunch of ridiculous pictures.

Instead of an easy to read index, someone decided we needed one picture per page. You can't usually even tell what the subject is.

The app has been rendered into a slow, hard to use, marginally usefully picture album. The photographers are probably happy but it has caused me to uninstall it.

Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

See ya.

This used to be my go to news app on my Kindle Fire but the last update has made it nearly unusable. After the 2nd article, the app shuts down. So I have to keep reopening the app. After the 3rd shutdown I just give up. It is very glitchy and runs very slow. It seems like all news apps are regressing instead of improving after being updated. I may have to delete this app as it is of little use to me right now.

So much was lost with the new app--I've deleted it from my Kindle. Text too small, can't turn sideways to make it larger, too many pics--became more complicated, rather than simpler. HuffPost, you screwed up.

This app is now horrible. The large pictures are not necessary. The font is too small on some articles. It is no longer easy to read and needs to go back to what worked well.

The Huffington Post is considered by many to be very left-of-center, but even though I self-identify as a political moderate, I like the Huffington Post's comprehensive news coverage. I generally check the website rarely (rather, I frequently come across articles through Google News), but with this app I appreciate just how extensive their selection of articles is.

The app is very polished and I highly recommend it to anyone who follows the news. The widget is also quite good, but as another reviewer noted, it is not as customizable as some other programs' widgets are.

I am running this on a Motorola DROID 2 Global Android Phone, Sapphire (Verizon Wireless) and have had no problems so far with the program or the widget crashing or freezing. I will update this review if I do experience problems.
