This is the best! It was the only one I could find that went up high enough around the neck, over the shoulders, and low enough in the front and back to cover the muscles of the shoulder blades & around the shoulder with also having the horizontal seams to hold the beads in place and not allow them to all sink to the very bottom of the fabric while wearing it. The seams do a great job of holding the beads so that they stay around the neck, on top of the shoulders, and line the back & chest all the way down. It covers a substantial area and holds the heat very well. The material is very soft, plush, and comfortable to wear. You can feel the damp warmth when it comes out of the microwave and it stays warm for a very long time. I love the little velcro tab in the front to hold it together so it doesn't shift or slip when I move around. It really provided great pain relief for me in my neck and shoulder. I was in a lot of discomfort before i started using this and now my neck & shoulder have loosened up dramatically...it feels great and works well! I highly recommend. I researched A LOT of these and this is the only one that had all the features I needed. Beware of the vertically seamed type because all the beads fall to the bottom and your left with no beads around your neck or shoulders, only at the very bottom of the fabric - those are pointless! This is the only smart version!
