Please be aware of the date of the hundreds of good reviews. They are OLD!! The new version of these diapers is horrible! No way you can get "up to 12 hours of protection". The problem is not that they leak, they usually don't; instead they SOAK THROUGH the diaper and wet baby's clothes, sheets, car seat, bouncer or whatever she's on. We have to change our girl at least one time in her sleep at night to prevent this, which usually means we end up with a cranky awaken baby. This is so frustrating! Besides, they leave gel beads all over baby's bottom. And, to make it worst, they smell! Don't get me wrong. I definitely do not expect a soiled diaper to smell nice, I don't even like perfumed diapers. But even within an hour of changing our baby, she smells like pee when you hold her. I'm so so disappointed. I had tried Huggies Little Snugglers before and they were fine, that's why I bought these, but the quality is not even close. The only good thing these diapers have is the waist band. We haven't had any issues with poop leaking through the waist, but that feature is definitely not worth the other bad experiences.

For what is worth, I prefer Pampers Swaddlers or Swaddlers sensitive. They are very soft, fit my baby quite well and are super absorbent without being bulky.

MrsOaks, the more flexible, less-bulky Snug & Dry diapers with SureFit Design contain the same materials as we have used in the past. We simply decreased the amount of the fluff padding and increased the absorbent particles that gel when wet to to ensure the same Leak Lock® protection for up to 12 hours. As for the crystals and gel, they are forms of a superabsorbent material that turns liquid into a gel, helping to prevent leakage. Occasionally, you may see small beads of gel on the diaper or on your baby, but the gel is 100% safe and will not harm them. We would appreciate the chance to speak with you directly to get some more feedback from you - when you have a moment, please contact our Consumer Care Team at http://www.huggies.com/en-US/contact-us.

I'm so glad I didn't read any reviews before purchasing these diapers. My son is 2 months old, and we've been using Huggies since birth. We had one package of Pampers Swaddlers, and he leaked/had blowouts in at least half of them. The rest of our diapers were Huggies Little Snugglers (no leaks, no blowouts) but my son cried after peeing in them (no matter the amount). We tried the Snug & Dry next because I had a coupon. Honestly, I never considered them. In my 'first time mom, I'm oblivious to how much a baby costs' haze, I looked at all the "premium" diapers (Little Snugglers, Swaddlers, Swaddlers Sensitive). When we had no leaks or blowouts with the Little Snugglers, but we were burning through upwards of 15-20 diapers a day, I decided to go for the cheaper Huggies.

In the Snug & Dry, we haven't had a single leak or blowout. He was exclusively breastfed for the first six weeks, and now he's formula fed only. Breastmilk poop, formula poop, it doesn't matter, these diapers work. He has just started to sleep through the night, and he will stay in these diapers all night, and through his first bottle in the morning without fussing at all. We've just moved into Size 2's this week and I placed my Subscribe & Save order for 3 of the largest boxes (246 ct.) each. I have no doubt that these diapers will continue to work for us, so I have no fears about ordering enough to last us the rest of the year.

It fits better than P brand's size 1. even though it didn't have the 'wet indication' outside of the diaper like P brand does, i thought having the it fit better will result a happier baby. Happy baby = happy mom... not really! We had two leaks already and we only used up 1/4 of the package, whereas the P brand we had no incident yet! even though it's a better fit I think P brand has better protection. Not to mention, this diaper smells funny when our diaper is wet.

As I've mentioned in some of my other reviews, we haven't been loyal to one particular brand of diapers. We buy what's on sale, or what we have a coupon for, for the most part. So, as a result, we've tried a lot of diapers over the years. If we had to pick, this is probably our favorite brand.

For one thing, they fit really well--secure enough around the legs that we hardly ever have any leaks/accidents. Of course, part of that is dependent on the tabs adhering to the diaper, and these do, very well.

These also aren't as thick as some of the other diapers, and yet, they still do the job.

A reliable diaper--especially good when on sale. (And with Subscribe and Save/Amazon Mom, even cheaper.)

I wouldn't trust anything else except huggies on my little one. I have found no rashes on his bum or stomach, like some other brands have left him .They are soft, they hold up over night and they are easy to use. My son uses these all day long and I haven't had any leaks as of yet. They work like a charm! I like to throw a pack of huggies in with any gift for new mamas! They are so strong and so reliable that I love them that much!

I don't like these diapers - they are bulky and not soft. You can see the bulkiness through clothes. I've also had several leak accidents using this particular type. I prefer Pampers Swaddlers because they are much softer and have never leaked on me, but if you must buy Huggies at least get the "Snugglers". They are a little softer than the Snug and Dry and do not leak as much.

Snug and Dry diapers also do not have a line that turns colors to show that the diaper is wet. That's a very helpful thing to have.

I got these because they are supposed to be snug and dry. I don’t know if it was just my baby but he had so many “blow outs” with other diapers that I decided to try these. These didn’t prevent "accidents" like the name leads you to believe. They are good value arent a bad diaper but just doesnt always keep baby dry!
