Human Caused Global Warming Paperback – September 6, 2016

4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,058 ratings

This book examines the claims of human induced global warming made by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) using proper journalistic and investigative techniques. It explains how it was a premeditated, orchestrated deception, using science to impose a political agenda. It fooled a majority including most scientists. They assumed that other scientists would not produce science for a political agenda. German Physicist and meteorologist Klaus-Eckart Puls finally decided to look for himself. Here is what he discovered.

Ten years ago I simply parroted what the IPCC told us. One day I started checking the facts and data—first I started with a sense of doubt but then I became outraged when I discovered that much of what the IPCC and the media were telling us was sheer nonsense and was not even supported by any scientific facts and measurements. To this day I still feel shame that as a scientist I made presentations of their science without first checking it.…scientifically it is sheer absurdity to think we can get a nice climate by turning a CO2 adjustment knob.

This book uses the same approach used in investigative journalism. It examines the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How.

A short book and the charts and graphs are difficult to read. Dr. Ball was one of the early scientists to show the BS in the climate change agenda.
Dr. Ball died last year. The video in his memoriam should be watched as he explains the real goals of AGW proponents.

As a pathologist with 35 years of experience, I was appalled by the manipulation of the COVID PCR test (no gold standard and therefore fabricated sensitivity and specificity data) to create a Casedemic. My complaints to the State Health Department and professional organizations fell on deaf ears. As a result, my skepticism surrounding “Scientific Consensus” increased and I began to dig deeper into the “Consensus” concerning Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW). Dr. Ball does an excellent job in challenging the prevailing narrative and laying out the case for the politicization of Climate Science to bolster a predetermined conclusion. The book provides many informative charts, graphs and references and is important reading for anyone concerned about the future of human civilization.

The cartoon Michael Mann - the hack who created the computer program that produces a "hockey stick" graph even on randomized data, and the star of the book "A Disgrace to the Profession" - unfortunately does not adequately convey the tremendous damage Mann has done to climate science, not to mention a generation of children growing up emotionally traumatized by the impending specter of us baking to death, or the predicted "end of snow". (Fortunately, "The British isles were pelted with rain and snowfall despite the fact government climate experts were predicting a dry winter.")

This book is an OK introduction to why so many scientists are beginning to doubt man-made global warming, but it's big weakness is lack of proper sourcing of each of his points - you'll have to find them for yourself from the general sources included at the end of the book. If you are trying to educate people you'd be forced to do this legwork yourself - not that it's unrewarding - looking up those web sites will give you a stunning wealth of scientific and common sense information - but I had hoped for more help from this book. (UPDATE: Kim below provides this quote from Dr. Ball explaining this: "I documented what went on in a detailed, fully referenced, book titled The Deliberate Corruption of Climate Science. A lawyer commented that it lays out and effectively supports the case, however, it was “a tough slog.” I recently published a brief ‘non-slog’ handbook (100 pages) for the majority of people, not to insult their intelligence, but to help them understand the science and its misuse for a political agenda.") Still, source information in this book would have been nice.

Liked the courage and honesty of the man who exposed the deception, even though he had to pay a huge amount of money for attorney fees.

This book is a well documented and footnoted discussion of what Global Warming/Climate Change really is about and how and why it is being pushed on a trusting public, most of whom, due to lack of understanding of a complex subject, are sucked in to a quagmire built by wealthy elites and their minions.
The author convincingly points out how the UN’s IPCC has falsified data, and other groups have gone along to their own benefit.
There are a number of confusing charts and graphs that many people will find confusing.
I highly recommend this interesting read.

Just read to the end of the science section. The conspiracy/world order crap is ridiculous. The Club of Rome's "Limits to Growth" was about just that, and it will be valid in many respects, but may have missed its forecast by 10-20 years. For sure it helped spur a lot of efficiency and productivity increases that bought us more time. Clearly there have been a few people with deep concern over issues like climate change who have made some extreme suggestions because they saw no alternative. That doesn't make them dreadful villians. While I share the "denial" of AGW, I like the motivation the fear provides to reduce sources of real pollution and delay the inevitable coming of declining oil and natural gas supply.

Lots of interesting information, I was not happy with the fact that this book has nearly zero reference's, the author states this in the beginning and provides an internet address if you want to check them. Also, apparently, this book is 'print on demand,' that is, no body stocks it, it is printed when you order it, so you are at the mercy of whatever printer they use, while the text in this book is sharp and easy to read, the printer used for the charts, graph's and picture is of rather low quality, did not even have black ink, all the 'black' lines and text are a fuzzy conglomerate of colors, most of them are difficult to read, a few unreadable. Also some of the charts do not have any legend that explains what line is what, leaving you to try to surmise which is which based on the surrounding text, not a good policy if you are trying to prove something. This book is apparently a Canadian 'publication,' sold by 'Wordery USA,' and was printed and shipped from England, taking several days beyond the date range given for arrival.

5.0 out of 5 stars The big fraude and lies about climate change

In this book Tim Ball explains how Climate change is abused to obtain another goal than to control the climate on earth. The Western governments are spending billions of Euro which could have been used to solve real problems. He highlights Climategate, where thousands of e-mails were leaked from the climate research unt (CRU). Here we learn that scientists admit that there theory on anthropogenic CO2 controlling our climate is wrong. Tim Ball describes the interests and goals of the driving people of Climate change. The most dangerous guy seems to be Maurice Strong, who is convinced that we should get rid of an Industrial society and that the wealth that we created during the Industrial revolution should be distributed among all people on earth. Therefore individual nations should be replaced by 1 global government. A real eye-opener.
