This book expands on the world created by David Simpson. Unfortunately it has not been nearly as engaging for me as the first 3. It is taking a lot more work to stay interested in the story line and get to the ending, whereas with the first 3 books, I could not put them down from start to finish.

All and all as a standalone book, it is not bad, but not great either.

As I read more of these indie books the more I'm impressed with the quality of the stories. This book is right up there with E. E. (Doc) Smith, who is one of my favorite authors. Once I started reading this series I couldn't stop. I've recently read books by other authors that impressed me very much. Keep up the good work.

Feels like the series has been falling apart. Lot of "And Then" use in the story and it felt difficult to get really attached to the plot.

This is an amazing series, very well written with characters that are easy to like and dislike. It has been a long time since I read a book that made me want to keep reading throughout the night. I absolutely loved it. You will be hooked from book one.

first of all you have to know that I am not a book reader just never really got into it but I have read this entire series all except book five and it has been great! I just hope that I can find other books that are as entertaining and enjoying to read when I am finished with this one

This is a well written book which helps the reader to understand his other books in this series. I hope to see more works by this author.

This book was my least favorite of the series. I believe the other 3 books could be stand alone but this one wouldn't really make sense as a stand alone. I would definitely read the other three books and if you liked them give this one a shot, its cheap and will take a day (or less) to read. Don't worry if there is a book 5 I will get it on release day so it didn't turn me off from the whole series, its not that bad.

Throughout this series the synchronicity of the waking up ideas have been repeatedly popping up. My reticular activating system has been engaged. I even saw it on a walking dead episode this evening. I loved this book as much as all the others. I do hope to see more from James and Old Timer. I am looking forward to the graphic novel as well. Keep up the great work David.

I've just finished book 4 of the Human series, and still want more!

Being a lifelong computer guy, as well as a student of people, I find these books have great insight to our collective being.

David Simpson, please add a bit more depth to the main characters.

Great reads!
