I've only had this chair for a short time,but, I don't know how I lived without it. I had back surgery a few years ago and thou it did help I still have pain. After working out or cleaning the house I cannot wait to get into my new chair. I set it on sleep mode and I fall asleep many times. Beware,once your family and friends know about it,they visit more often. One of the best investments I ever made.

Don’t be put off by high price

Fabulous chair with numerous options. We did find the new Alexa app to not be ready for prime time even after several efforts from their customer service to help. But the remote is probably a better control option anyway given the many preprogrammed massages from which to choose. You can also use a smart phone or iPad to control, but we didn’t like that option since it has a quirk that requires your screen text size to be at the default and my wife and I like larger print. In spite of the Alexa and smart phone control minor disappointments we are 100% satisfied with the chair.

We purchased from Costco two months ago during a 9 day road show. (There is a Human Touch road show schedule on Costco website.) Costco price was twenty percent below MSRP for brand new and they sell each demo chair for another discount after the nine day road show. (We purchased the very lightly used, nine day old chair for thirty seven percent below MSRP.)

Alexa is my new therapist and she gives the best massages while I try to calm down and play my Minecraft world even though mommy forgot to bring my chicken tenders. I saved up all my GBPs for this and it was so worth it! Highly recommended for all good boys!

Decent chair, useless app.

The chair gives a good massage for what it is. A top priced item. Lots of options, many styles, and well constructed.
BUT the app doesn't work! The features for remembering your preferences, virtual therapist, etc. all require the app. Which doesn't work. For several YEARS! what does that tell you?
Tech support is useless for the app.
Tried 5 different android phones, one could make the app work. 2 different Apple phones, and 1 could make some of the functions work sometimes.......
For the amount of money you are paying, the app should work. They have know for years that there was an issue. Still doesn't work.
Good chair, but you have to program it every, single, time, you, use, it.................
not worth the money.

I fortunately came across this during a demo event and the massage chair absolutely impressed my family! We have seen and bought several massage chairs here in LA as more and more brands and junk keep popping in. The Super Novo rises above the herd. The details in design. The massage features, love the massage + percussion combo! It feels very different from the other chairs. My dad got one and whenever we visit, we always fight to take turns to use it.

Super Novo is a very good massage chair. The Alexa skills are not fully implemented and SuperNono massages available using Alexa are very limited. Unfortunate the Super Novo was released prior to fully implementing Alexa capability.
