Product does not perform as advertised - do not buy!

Like many other reviews I've read, this product did not deliver on it's claims. I bought the unit in August 2017 as a gift exchange for my wife who saw the infomercial and desired to use it in our bathrooms. I gifted it to her in October 2017 on a special anniversary date that she and I had, She gifted me with a cell phone case I had my eye on. After charging the unit for the recommended amount of time I used it in our master shower and it worked great. We recharged the unit the next day as described in the user manual and she used it in our other shower and it died after 2 minutes of use. Recharging did not help...the unit was dead. $40.00+ down the drain. I can't return it since the return window has closed. As a retired electronic engineer and as an employee now with the Consumer Affairs Department of California, I have to hold all companies who service the public to the highest standards of customer service and performance. Unfortunately I have no replacement recourse now and must give this product one star. We are very disappointed and will never be purchasing products from bulbhead.com, the company that markets this item. Shame on you!

Badly designed brush heads, not worth it

I thought this was too good to be true, and indeed I was right. This is a piece of junk that breaks after two uses. After charging for the recommended 8 hours, I tried my first run on some soap scum (nothing too intense, maybe around a weeks worth) in my tiled shower stall, with the recommended Tilex. The scrubber worked, but not much better than using just Tilex on it's own. I thought maybe I should try a different brush head, so I switched from the flat brush head to the domed brush head, but there was no noticeable difference. The domed brush then got stuck on the scrubber, and was impossible to get off. I managed to pry it off, only to have the entire mechanism come off.

Might work on other materials, but not on tile. Also, a very bad locking design for the brush heads.

I ordered this scrubber, though I was skeptical and I was right to be. I have hard water, and my shower gets a yellow lime buildup rather quickly. I don't have the energy to really scrub like it needs to be done. TV ads make it look like the scrubber will cut through the build up like butter. Not so much. I use a good calcium and lime remover but the scrubber is no better at removing the staining than a good scrub brush. It does help in that I don't have to do so much bending, but I'm afraid I"m still going to have to resort to toilet bowl cleaner to get the shower clean. Only thing that really works.

I might give it a better review had the mechanism that holds the brush on not detached the first time I took a brush off. I was able to fix it, but I'm sure it'll come apart again in a few brush swaps. The mechanism that holds the extender wand on is also a bit flimsy, though once I recognized why the thing kept cutting off, I was able to remedy that. Overall a disappointing purchase.

I really love this product. I forgot I had this tucked away for awhile. I was glad I finally remembered this would help my task. I had to remove mold from the back of about 50 plastic tiles from my basement floor. Be sure to use a good cleaning product for your task. I used vinegar and water for mine. It's true the battery may not last as long as preferred but it can run while plugged into an outlet . It with withstands pressure applied to it and doesn't slow down very much because of pressure applied. The product got into crevasses that I would have been scrubbing on my hands and knees. I bought a second one for interchanging parts and recharging. I clean the brushes soaking them in bleach water. it was very reasonably priced. Wish my video had uploaded.

I was going to ask for a replacement since it has a 10 year warranty but I can't see how to do that. Hoping that my review will get someones attention and I can get a replacement. Called the company and they said to work through Amazon.

Bought this quite awhile ago and just got around to using it. I was pretty sure I would be slamming this product. Assembled it seemed heavy and awkward. I have ceramic tile and it is hard to clean with the arthritis in my hands. This product works. It is heavy and awkward until you turn it on and use it. It does all the work. Would recommend the product.
