I contacted the Mfg and they were very responsive but ultimately could not resolve my issue so I had to go with the non-painted version.
5 Stars for the unpainted version. Works as designed for WINE bottles. Glad to not have the condensation from the cold white wine. Keeps it cool, but not sure how long since we usually finish a bottle quickly.

Paint damage by bad packaging design.

2 Stars solely for the painted version. I ordered 2 to be sure. At $75 for painted steel I expect the fit and finish to be close to perfect. The box holds the cooler at two locations and during transport vibrates wear into the paint.By Cameron on June 11, 2021
