Original order was for a 16" chain and bar to be used as a back-up for our chainsaw. It appears that they sent us the right chain, however they failed to do their research on the bar which was a substituted item. The bar they sent (OEM's part number) is a 14" bar. Poor research on their part, probably measured 16", so that was good enough for them. Also, there's a chain in a brown paper bag with no identification what so ever.
