I hope you find this helpful!
I'll note the price I paid ordering from Amazon was much higher (about double) than what I pay if I go to the Asian market and buy the same delicious, delicious sauce.
I have to buy two jars at a time just to make sure I don't run out.
Also good in curries and cajun dishes.
Use it to stir fry shrimp, chicken, or beef, or just use it like you would any
condiment like salsa or Tabasco sauce. Amazing flavor, and trust me, this stuff
is hot. About a 7 on a scale of 10. Tremendous garlic and hot chili flavor, will
make you discover cooking all over again! This will perk up any Chinese takeout,
and its even good in Hot n' Sour Soup! Its very thick, almost like a paste so a
little bit goes a long way. Sells locally here for around $3. 5 Pods
Pick a jar up if you haven't already. It is truly a spicy treat.
The thick texture is great for coating food pieces, & one of my favorites uses is to toss cooked (drained & dried) garbanzo beans in it before dry-roasting 'em the oven for a crunchy, healthy snack. It's also great for making short work of homemade tomatillo sauce if & when you don't want to handle fiery bonnet peppers & sticky garlic. Next time you cook an omelet, try tossing some ingredients in this sauce first (or drop staggered dollops of this & sour cream in, prior to folding your egg mix over) for a serious wake-up call.

I purchased this sauce at a local supermarket expecting the same quality as the hot sauce, when I got home I stuck it in the cupboard until I needed it. Read morePublished 3 months ago by P. McCleary
Very good garlic/chili taste and we love this on almost everything. Bigger jar would be my only comment of what it needs.Published 3 months ago by steve brown

I was not aware that it was going to be so small. It's my fault, but I never thought .8 oz was actually just a taste.Published 8 months ago by Pearlie May
