I’ve worn many different packs and the straps are always points of discomfort so these are a pleasant change. They are made of a web type material so they really allow the air to pass and keep the heat down. It is very durable and the seams are stitched well and the nylon material will hold up to abuse. All zippers work well and there are several pockets to put things in.
When the bag is full of water it rides on your body nicely. It can be adjusted to sit properly so it’s comfortable. It fits adults and kids well so you can be assured of that. The bladder holds 72 oz of fluid and is really easy to fill. I really like the mouthpiece which you pinch to open the end and allow the fluid to flow. Other models have a complex set of valves and they are really difficult to keep clean. This style is removable so you can place it in the dishwasher and has no moving parts so it is super easy to keep clean. The hose can be disconnected from the bag so again it’s easy to keep clean. Overall this bag combines the best of many different styles and I look forward to using this for some time.
-- How I rate --
5 Stars: Works exactly as advertised, is a good value at the price point purchased, would buy again or recommend to a friend.
4 Stars: Works exactly as advertised, fit/finish are what you'd expect when purchasing this type of product, might have a minor flaw.
3 Stars: Generally works but it may not be a good value at the price point or might like to see changes / improvements.
2 Stars: Barely works but can be made useful if you try.
1 Star: Useless, does not perform its intended function whatsoever and is generally a waste of money, sending it back.
Overall: I am giving this a five star rating based on my criteria above. It’s a great product and quality is solid. The ease at which you can clean it makes it worth every penny. Definitely a keeper.

I had a different one of these that lasted a couple years before the seals gave out so I was looking for a replacement at low cost.
This has a bit more room for storage in the pouch then my old one did. It has a rubber coated mesh where my old one was canvas mesh.
The water bladder is better made then my old one. I like it. Although I had to leave water in it overnight then change to remove the chemical smell from the plastic. The tube is easy to open and close and it works well. (Had it on a 25 mile ride in 90 Plus heat.)
The only thing I didn't like I made my own changes too anyhow.
My old one had an across the chest strap with a quick release. I took it off my old one and put it on this one.
My old one also had a clip for the tube so it would not dangle free. In a race it can be annoying to have the tube bouncing around and the fear of it getting snagged on something as you go by on a 20 plus MPH downhill. So I took my old one off and put it on this one to secure the tube.
Overall. I am happy with this. For the money you will be pleased. Easy to remove, easy to clean and easy to fill.
Its appearance is just "ok"- the shell is a cheap material but the reflectiveness is handy. I wish it had even one small interior pocket for keys. The webbing straps are a nice idea but cheap scratchy material and sat too wide on my shoulders (I'm a 5'5 female). The hose design is good- doesn't take too much effort to drink and the locking feature is nice. Overall it was comfortable to carry.
But of course, this thing has one job: don't leak. And yet, moments into my first hike I noticed my butt was getting wet, and by 2 hours in the Lowe half of the pack was soaked. It was kind of a hot day so I didn't really mind that much, but I certainly won't be keeping a leaking hydration pack. It seems to be leaking from the seal where the hose attaches to the bladder.
