Since I have ordered these so many times I figured a review would be in order.

Even though I wouldn't consider these as a way to control a thrip infestation they are really good for alerting you when these tiny monsters are around your prized plants, whatever they may be. I keep about 6-10 outside in my grow area and change them once they are completely covered. The thrips are VERY attracted to these and every one they catch is one last critter on my plants. To date I have not seen any beneficial bugs caught in them like ladybugs or bee's. I did find a butterfly one time but hasn't happened again since.

On a side note I am currently using Captain Jacks concentrate to spray the area to knock down the thrips whenever they come back. It has worked fairly well along with these sticky traps. The current price for the traps is pretty good, especially if you get free shipping or have a Prime membership.

So far they have been up for three days in my citrus trees and have trapped a bunch of different bugs. These traps work by attracting the bugs by the color of paper, it is NOT a lure. So far the pest I have been trying to capture, the CLM, has been found in these traps but that is by sheer chance and not in the large numbers I was hoping for. But that is what I expected going in to buying these. If you want a real trap with lure, look somewhere else. Otherwise, these traps work well for what they are.

These traps work to catch bugs but they only work by sticking the bug to the paper and by attracting certain bugs by the color of the paper.

They are good to get rid of some pests but it wont get rid of all of them. I have noticed a couple beneficial insects trapped as well. The glue has no prejudice and will trap everything that touches it. I have the yellow traps as well but I notice more pests in the yellow traps.

All these traps need is some kind of chemical lure and I would have given it 5 stars.

I have ordered these several times. I have found them easy to use. They are non-toxic. Rain does not affect them. I can see how many insects are caught and what kind. I do put a piece of tape above the hole because if ti is windy or it rains they tear and fall off.

Not really sure about these. They have left residue on the plants and so far I have collected more dirt where I dropped them putting them on than bugs. Maybe need to rethink this one for the future.

THESE DID NOT WORK FOR THRIPS in my houseplants! I had a surprise infestation of black thrips and bought 10 of these to monitor as well as catch thrips, which in their adult flying stage are tiny and black like iron filings. Hardly any thrips showed up on these blue traps. However, I did find thrips on the usual yellow-type sticky traps, as well as on another company that makes long sticky tapes with a mosaic pattern of yellow, blue, green and white. So these have been of no use whatsover indoors.

Right after I set up the trap on a stake we got a very dusty wind so after that the trap didn't have much sticky left. Then I irrigated the bed and got the trap wet. It has caught some insects. It's indiscriminate in what it traps so it caught some beneficial green lacewings. I'll have to see if it's helped when the buds try to open.

I had those leaf miners in my citrus tree on the new growth. I put up this trap and its caught a few little bugs on there...not sure if they are the culprits. I think its better to have it if they are truly drawn to the color. Inexpensive and does catch some bugs.
