I received this product and it apparently is a fake one. It does not look the same as in the image or shown on Hygeia website. There is no where in the package mentioning it is made by Hygeia.

The one I received needs a screwdriver to open the cover. Oh, wait, the normal screwdriver does not work. You have to use the one that has a long bar as the screw holes are so deep and narrow! I don't have that type of screwdriver. Do I need to buy a screwdriver too? Also, this means I need to take a screwdriver with me all the time. Don't you think it's stupid?

The seller sells knockoff battery pack but is using the official image from Hygeia's website. Very disappointed. It's a waste of my money.

I will be returning this item, it appeared to be used with what looked like milk stains on the front and back, hair inside the battery pack, and missing a screw. I called Bosom butties directly but no one available so I left a message. This is pitiful and I am sure against some type of regulation.

If I could give this no stars I would. Hygeia really needs to rethink this battery pack. The covers do not stay on and the two packs seem as though they are just elmer glued together. Also, mine stopped working after less than a month of use which was actually only a handful of days because it sucks up battery juice like it's nobody's business. If you can find an outlet somewhere, use it. This battery pack is a waste of money.

The battery pack does what it is supposed to, supplies power on the go. I initially purchased the pack because it became apparent that I would be pumping a lot more than I had planned and I needed a pump to work and I was worried about power outages. Yes, a manual could have done the trick but I like the double electric for speed. Anyway, the pack has given me that peace of mind and also allowed me to pump on car trips (they also have a car adapter but I haven't purchased that.)

The pump is slightly weaker on batteries than plugged in, or at least it seems so to me, but I didn't find that was really a problem. The pump also goes through batteries pretty fast, but I know that might also be the fact that I bought cheap batteries. Overall I am very pleased with the battery pack as a power supply.

The one thing I don't like is that the covers come off very easily. The batteries stay in the pack but the covers have slipped off just from me picking up the pack.
