The one I received needs a screwdriver to open the cover. Oh, wait, the normal screwdriver does not work. You have to use the one that has a long bar as the screw holes are so deep and narrow! I don't have that type of screwdriver. Do I need to buy a screwdriver too? Also, this means I need to take a screwdriver with me all the time. Don't you think it's stupid?
The seller sells knockoff battery pack but is using the official image from Hygeia's website. Very disappointed. It's a waste of my money.
The pump is slightly weaker on batteries than plugged in, or at least it seems so to me, but I didn't find that was really a problem. The pump also goes through batteries pretty fast, but I know that might also be the fact that I bought cheap batteries. Overall I am very pleased with the battery pack as a power supply.
The one thing I don't like is that the covers come off very easily. The batteries stay in the pack but the covers have slipped off just from me picking up the pack.

Works but uses batteries rapidly and didn't come with the screws to keep the battery compartment closed. Since it goes through batteries fast I just rubber-band it togetherPublished 3 months ago by Amazon Customer
It's small and easily plugs into my Hygeia Q pump. It takes 8 AA batteries, which is a lot... But it works great.Published on February 17, 2014 by Elena
