I have to say these help me. I understand if one does not have any real health issues they won't see any difference my kids take them and see no difference but they have no health issues at all so why would they see a difference?
I suffered from many different issues after which my system became dehydrated and very imbalanced I was constantly dizzy, tired and just general poor energy.
I felt a huge difference within 3 months probably sooner.
My dizziness which honestly I had resigned myself to 'living with' went away. I am sleeping better my infections cleared up and while I still have days when I feel bad it is not the same. I am grateful for this very reasonably priced product and the benefits of it.
When someone calls this and all homeopathic medicine 'snake oil' please think for yourself and try them for yourselves nothing could be further from the truth.

Cell salts have helped me with my throat spasms. It’s been ongoing from 2012. My doctor told me I needed surgery to stop the spasms. I didn’t want to have to have my Esophagus cut 4”. Inches. So, I went on with the pain of it. Until I found cell salts. It’s amazing for spasms. I usually take one dose daily to keep it in check. I just ran out. It was hell for 3 days. So, thankful these work.
They don’t seem to help with my migraines as much. But, it still the best bargain on amazon.
I gave it four stars because it doesn’t make a difference in migraine pain. If it did help with migraines the neurologist would be out of business. I have daily chronic migraines. It may help if your symptoms aren’t as like mine.daily...

So...wow. Just wow. This is a whole new world to/for me that I am so grateful to have discovered! I'm experimenting with several different cell salts individually as well as using this complex of all 12. I'm so amazed that it makes me sort of frustrated that we don't hear about this more! I can take a few of these in the middle of several long rehearsals and my energy and focus perk right up! Will certainly update as I continue with these to include any results beyond this. I'm really curious to see how my body will be 6 months from now. I do think it's important to drink a lot of water and put good nutrition into your body when using cell salts...but we all know that. Would love to hear from others that are new to this as well!
